Join us for this 6-week Sensible Spring Cleanse class where we will gently cleanse and restore our minds and bodies.
During this slow-paced cleanse, we will focus on specific systems of the body to cleanse, learn the function of each system through the lens of natural healing therapies, and review herbs and foods to support each system.
The underlying theme is a reconnection to ourselves with mindful eating, gentle cleansing, and restoration beyond the cleanse. This balanced cleanse should leave you feeling renewed at the end of the 6 weeks!
Week 1 – Preparing the body and mind by lightening the diet and setting our intentions.
Week 2 – Supporting healthy elimination through the intestinal tract and toning the stomach and intestines with gentle herbs.
Week 3 – Cleansing the blood with gentle herbs and support healthy digestive function.
Week 4 – Cleansing the hardworking liver.
Week 5 – Supporting the lymphatic system.
Week 6 – Rebuild tissue and strength
NOTE: Each participant is encouraged to participate at the level they are able and encouraged to check in with their doctor before starting a cleanse.
A list of supplies will be given to each participant before class. Each student is encouraged to keep a journal for self-reflection during this cleanse.

Class size is limited to 15 participants, in person.
