Ready to go vegan, but have no idea where to start? This 4-hour workshop is a comprehensive educational event infused with 3 tasty cooking demos!
We’ll discuss basic plant-based nutrition, how to veganize your kitchen, and how to dine out while vegan. We’ll also have a open Q&A so bring your questions about a plant-based diet and vegan lifestyle!We’ll start off with making a smoothie, then chickpea salad with kale salad, and end it off with a sweet treat, date energy bites.
Lunch is included, and you’ll be provided with all the recipes from our cooking demos, plus a FREE copy of Danni McGhee’s book, Ready To Go Vegan!

Danni McGhee is a vegan chef, plant-based nutrition coach, author, and educator.
