About the Instructor:
Heidi Lyndaker blends her master’s degrees in Therapeutic Herbalism, Integrative Nutrition and Psychology with over 20 years of experience in the world of fitness, yoga, and martial arts. Her approach to healing is based in a truly holistic and synergistic appreciation of physiology and mindfulness. Heidi is a nationally board certified nutritionist, registered yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, black belt martial artist, and Reiki practitioner.
Heidi was inspired to become an herbalist/nutritionist after her own natural healing transformation. She believes the body has the wisdom and ability to heal itself when given the correct tools to do so. Each client not only receives integrative and individualized recommendations based on functional blood chemistry analysis, they also the receive the therapeutic support of a health practitioner who understands the comprehensive nature of health, appreciates the uniqueness of each case, and excels at working collaboratively to ensure sustainable results.
Heidi’s professional goal is to empower her clients, offer a supportive environment that facilitates healing, and to inspire change that impacts generations. When she’s not working you’ll find her rolling in jujitsu class, attending Spanish lessons, flowing on her yoga mat, or playfully conversing with botanicals as she makes her herbal products.
